Travelling Stock Reserve Network

Submissions close at 5 pm Thursday 22 June 2017.

Local Land Services (LLS) is calling for submissions on the current uses of Travelling Stock Reserves (TSR).  LLS is currently responsible for the management of 6500 TSRs across NSW. Submissions with assist LLS TSR State Planning Framework 2016-21 to determine whether TSRs value value for travelling stock, conservation (biodiversity) and cultural values, both or neither. The intension is to sell off lands that have neither travelling stock, conservation or heritage value.

A public consultation paper has been released with input sought from the community.

Read through the consultation paper and the discussion points raised and have your say on the future of the TSR network in NSW.

To assist in responding to the discussion points raised in the consultation paper, the government has created an online mapping tool to allow you to investigate TSRs in your local area. The mapping tool is available through the following link:  TSR Web Spatial Tool.
