Take photos of your favourite plants and animals, have them identified, and contribute to citizen science.

The NatureMapr allows you to report your rare plant and animal sightings as well as any of the many treasures in the K2C region. You may for example record plants and animal sightings occurring on your property or favourite place. NatureMapr allows to record your sightings on either Canberra Nature Map or if you live on the far South Coast, the Atlas of the Coastal Wilderness. Check out NatureMapr: http://naturemapr.com, and choose either Canberra Nature Map or the Atlas of the Coastal Wilderness.

NatureMapr may be accessed through the web, or via the App which you may download as iPhone or Android apps. The App is more limited in its functionality than the website − its main purpose is to record observations. For sightings to be accepted, photos need to be tagged with the location where they are taken.
