Fauna Corridors and Connected bushland
Bushland on the escarpment west of Mona Vale must stay connected to Katandra Bushland Reserve north of Mona Vale Rd and to Garigal and Ku-ring-gai National Parks after Mona Vale Road is widened and Ingleside land is released for housing. PNHA is lobbying for the vital connections. which should include a future fauna bridge over Mona Vale Rd.
We are working with Pittwater Council and the Sydney Northern Beaches Roadkill Committee to ensure these connections are kept or improved.
